Wichita Adventist Christian Academy Golf Hole Sponsorship

We were thrilled to sponsor a hole in a local golf tournament on October 2nd. Held by the Wichita Adventist Christian Academy, the private school was looking to raise money for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. For those unfamiliar, the Seventh-day Adventist Church has the largest parochial school system in the world. The local school has a very diverse mix of kids and over half of them are immigrants. Approximately half of the students are on some form of scholarship, but all parents are still required to pay some part of their children’s tuition. Several of the parents also volunteer around the school to help with needs and activities.

The golf tournament raises money each year to offset the cost of the school and provide an education to the kids. We’re happy to learn the golf tournament raised a total of $9,000 to help support the school! The Vice Chair of the Wichita Adventist Christian Academy says the funds go a long way and truly appreciates our willingness to sponsor a hole in the golf tournament.
