Senior Master Achievement 

Matthew is achieving this status for the first time. Awards for this achievement include the Masters’ Trophy, 2022 Senior Master Challenge Coin, Senior Master Plaque, 2022 Senior Master Medallion, 2022 Senior Master Technician Magnet, and Senior Master Lapel pin. Matthew has completed over 550 hours of Ford Training to achieve this status and is one of 684 technicians in the Kansas City Region who holds this status.

Drivetrain Master Achievement

Matthew is achieving this status for the first time. Matthew is one of 662 technicians in the Kansas City Region who holds this status.

As vehicle technology progresses, it requires increased levels of knowledge and skill for technicians to effectively complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. The accomplishments we celebrate demonstrate Matthew’s support of our joint commitment to highly trained personnel. Most importantly this commitment fulfills our customers’ expectations that their vehicles are repaired by highly-skilled factory-trained technicians.
