When I got my oil changed they got oil on my engine.  After working with the service manager and the service staff they took care of the issue in a timely manor.   They  did a great job resolving the issue and they had customer service and customer happiness in mind through out the process to resolve the mistake.  Even though I was upset that the mistake was made in the first place,  I was very happy how they resolve the issue and wanted to send a review to let others know how they handled The problem.Thanks to all the ...

This is about the service department. I bought the extended warranty on my car. I have really appreciated courteous service provided by Brett and others who have helped me. It's nice to buy a car and know that I don't have to be on my own once I drive it off the lot!

Fun and friendly atmosphere. Sales people aren't too pushy but they are very persistent. We purchased a car last year from them we're looking to purchase in the future. The car has been very reliable we've had no issues!

I went to two dealerships besides Volvo to test drive cars that I was interested in. Walking into Volvo was like a breath of fresh air. It didn’t feel like the salesmen were trying to haggle me. I really appreciated Bryce watching for the vehicle I had my eye on and calling me when it was available. Extra options were well explained and financing was easy. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because the advertising I saw made me think I would get a better final price. The final price was good but not what I would call "screaming good".
